PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I authorize InstaCarKey to charge my credit/debit card for the total order amount. I certify that I am the legal card holder and authorize this purchase.


RETURNS


Our return exchange policy period is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Unless your product is covered under our warranty policy, if under warranty we will exchange the product for the same product or product of equal value.

To be eligible for a return exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unless your product is covered under our warranty policy, if under warranty we will exchange the product for the same product.

We do not offer refunds on keys, fobs, remotes or smart keys due to programming, key cutting and key code info. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on ecu’s, immobilizers, eis modules, cas modules, computers or electronic devices due to security, shipping, software and programming. All sales are final. Unless your product is covered under our warranty policy, if under warranty we will exchange the product for the same product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to without prior authorization from our returns team.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* If the wrong product was shipped, due to our error.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or covered under our product warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@instacarkey.com and send your item to: 4 S 2nd St Suite 309, Pottsville, PA, 17901, United States.

To return your product for an exchange, please mail your product to: 4 S 2nd St Suite 309, Pottsville, PA, 17901, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service for your own records, also provide us the tracking details to better serve you and speed up the exchange process.
